The Rapids™ is designed with the user in mind and allows lab personnel to perform regular maintenance on their own, simply and efficiently. With a graphical touchscreen, the Rapids™ provides helpful prompts and animations such as:
- Step-by-step directions with animations to install the unit
- Alerts when cartridges are nearing exhaustion and need replacement
- How to properly change cartridges and clean the unit with animated graphics.
Simple to install, operate and maintain
To make ease-of-use even easier, alerts are always coupled with QR codes which users can scan using their mobile device to order cartridges, download the user manual, view our video library, access troubleshooting options, or get distributor information.
